Our New Construction Process

2. Rough-In Wiring — Before walls are closed, we run all wiring for circuits, outlets, switches, lighting, and dedicated appliance connections.
3. Panel Installation — We install a properly sized electrical panel with room for future expansion.
4. Low-Voltage Wiring — We run wiring for cable, internet, phone, security systems, and audio.
5. Inspection Coordination — We schedule and pass all required rough-in inspections.
6. Final Trim — After drywall, we install all outlets, switches, fixtures, and cover plates.
7. Testing & Commissioning — We test every circuit and verify the entire system before you move in.
